In order for us to process your refund, we ask you to adhere to the following instructions:
- We only accept returns sent to us within 14 days after an order has been delivered to you.
- We do not cover the cost of returning your order back to us.
- The items must be returned back to us in a original condition with tags or labels attached to the item, otherwise refund will not be processed.
- Items on sale or bought using gift card cannot be refunded.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- The supply of Items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
- You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Items to Us.
- We cannot be held responsible for Items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
